value for money

cleanliness issue

It was just an excellent fit for a couple of nights in Kearney with fantastic value for money. The hallway carpet was filthy, contributing to an overall unpleasant stay. Avoid rooms on the first floor if possible.

Came in Kearney to relax and have fun, this great budget hotel was wonderful base for doing it. The staff was very-very nice, and requests were handled quickly. Exceptionally clean and updated rooms were attractive with ac. Tbh, had a really great stay for one night.

Some of the staff were very unprofessional.

A friendly vibe but noisy nights

Friendly staff welcomed us with warmth, and the room was clean, offering decent amenities for our stay. Perfect location right off the interstate for travelers.

Unfortunately, noise from the upstairs rooms disrupted our sleep, but the disturbances did lessen by 10:00 PM, nice for a decent night's rest.

The hotel provided great prices. The total stay was fairly nice for one night. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from Trails and Rails Museum.

The facility is in dire need of updates!!! Hallways reek of stale cooking oil, noisy at all hours, and some areas are downright dirty with stains and grime!!! Management needs to invest in cleanliness and comfort!!!
